Sweet potatoes paneer lettuce wrap

Being on diet have you always wanted to try wraps but had to sacrifice it due to strict instruction from coach or doctor not to eat anything from outside. Here we go an easy to make wrap with healthy and nutrition ingredients and you will no longer have to compromise on your diet and goals anymore.

Ingredients:-
100gms Sweet potatoe
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 grated carrot
1/2 grated beetroot
1 Chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chilli
1tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Fresh green lettuce or salad leaves
1/2 tsp black and white sesame seeds
1 tbsp Oil (olive/coconut/ groudnut/ butter/ghee)

Preparation:-
Boil sweet potatoes
Mash it in large bowl
Add all above mention ingredients
Mix it well.
Make tikkis/patties out of it.
Refrigerate it for 30mins
Add oil in pan n grill the patties till cooked from both sides
Wrap it in lettuce leaves.
And have a delicious full on nutrients healthy wrap.
