  • Batch: Based on Slots availability 3 days per week
  • Fees 4500/- 2500/- per month.
  • 60 mins sessions
  • WOD (workout for the day) would be provided
  • Nutrition chart
  • Consultation before we provide a Nutrition plan
  • One On One Progress Tracking in a month.
  • Recorded copies of sessions for people who missed live class and on days when sessions not conducted will be shared which will be active for 24 hours.
