I agree to participate in all activities at my own risk and responsibility whether supervised or not by staff. You agree to release and hold harmless BulletBaison.com from and against all actions, which may be bought by you or on your behalf in respect of any incident arising out of injury, loss, damage or death caused to you or your property in any way what so ever.
Before joining any of the classes on BulletBaison.com, make sure to consult your physician to determine if such classes are right for you. Do not start exercise program through the Service if your physician advises you not to attend such classes. Your use of the Service and attending our live and recorded classes is at your sole discretion and risk. Always stop the exercise immediately if you at any time during the exercise experience faintness, pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Payment & Currency Disclaimers:
• All payment amounts are represented in Indian Rupees (INR) as this is the currency of our host country. The prices mentioned in INR if paid in other currencies are subject to change in accordance with the foreign exchange rates at any given time.
• All transactions are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
• All purchases made on www.bulletbaison.com are non-refundable and non-transferable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds.

The individual product details form a part of these terms and conditions and by purchasing any of these products you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these.
• You can view and access the Website free of charge. The fees payable in respect of the products and services will be clearly displayed on the Website/Sales pages. Applicable taxes as per Indian Laws which include but are not limited to “GST” meaning Goods and Services Tax will be levied and must be paid over and above the mentioned fees of the products/services
Cancellation/Return/Refund :
We do not entertain any cancellation/Return/ Refund of any product or services provided by BulletBaison.

Shipping Policy:
The products found on the shopping page of the website are the ones sold solely by third party manufacturer. The shipping of these items and payment policy depend on what is found in respective third party website. Bullet Baison and the team does not hold any responsibilities on making sure to have the third party products purchased through our website reach you on time nor hold any responsibilities on defect of those products or cause of any health issue by using those products.
