Group Training

When a person give less importance towards health, they land up introducing lot of other issues in the life like losing their body balance, mobility , stamina ,and also unable to perform day today activities due to excess body fat and so on.

Our program is specially designed for people who are already experiencing such health issues and want to be free from being  overweight or drop a certain percentage of body fat ( shred few extra Kilos) , so that they can easily do any daily task , look young and energetic, overcome body stiffness and flexibility issue.

The program focuses on:

  • Practice balance, flexibility, agility and power,
  • Control the power of your breath. .:
  • Building muscle.
  • Burning calories/ Melting away fat.
  • Increase your energy.
  • Gain confidence in body and mind.
  • Challenge your limits.
  • Feel empowered

We also make sure to provide a general nutrition chart that can help you in the program.

Equipment’s  : Yoga mat, Resistance band/ Dumbbell, Water bottle

Details of Group training

  • Batch : 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 5:00 t0 6 :00 pm) – Coach Aliya Imran
  • Fees 4500/- 2500/- per month.
  • 60 mins sessions
  • WOD (workout for day) would be provided
  • Monthly challenges
  • Nutrition chart
  • Consultation before we provide Nutrition plan
  • One On One Progress Tracking in a month.
  • Recorded copies of session for people who missed live class and on days when session not  conducted will be shared which will be active for 24 hours.
