Pineapple Green Chilli Salad

Are you bored off consuming same old salad with chopped cucumber, carrot and beetroot on plate. We have an amazing and tasty salad recipe for you which not only give you the nutrition needed but also you can enjoy your salad.

  1. Ingredients:-
    Green Salad leaves (bok choy/kale/romain lettuce/lettuce/basil)
    1 cup of Chopped pineapple
    1 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)

    Salad Dressing:-
    Half cup fresh orange juice
    Half lemon
    1tsd olive oil/coconut oil
    1/2 tsp Vinegar
    1/2 red chilli flakes
    1/2 tsp sweetener (jaggery/stevia)
    Salt to taste

    Toppings:-
    Roasted sunflower seeds
    Roasted pumpkin seeds
    Roasted black and white sesame seeds
    Roasted flex seeds

    Preparation:-
    Mix salads leaves cucumbers n pineapple into a large bowl, add dressing and toppers, mix it well.
